What a site costs

A complete site, built end to end, yours at handover. What it costs depends on how many pages you need, and we quote that before any work starts.
Care plan, $60 a month. Domain, hosting and maintenance. Optional. If you would rather host the site yourself, it is yours to take.

How payment works
30% to start. This books the work and covers the research.
40% when you approve the design. You see the site before this is due.
30% before handover. Due only once you have accepted the finished site.

You own everything at handover, the site and the domain, in your name.
Nothing gets added to an invoice without your say so. Your tier says how many pages and how many rounds of changes are included. If you want more than that, we quote it and you approve it before any work happens.
Questions
How much does a website cost?
A single page site starts at $1,000. A complete multi page site starts at $3,000. If you need an online store or a booking system built in, that is custom work and we quote it. There is nothing hidden and nothing to negotiate.
How long does it take?
About a week for a single page site, two to three weeks for a complete one. The clock starts when we have your details, not when you pay.
What do you need from me?
Your services, your prices, your hours, and how you take bookings. If you have photos, send them. If you do not, we work with what is publicly available and tell you exactly what we used.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site and the domain are yours at handover. You are not renting it and you are not locked in.
What if I want changes later?
Small changes are part of the care plan. Bigger changes are quoted before any work starts, so nothing appears on an invoice you did not agree to.
Do you host it?
We can. The care plan is $60 a month and covers domain, hosting and maintenance. It is optional. If you would rather host it yourself, the site is yours to take.
What if I do not like it?
You see the design before the final payment is due. If it is not right, we work on it until it is, within the rounds of changes in your tier. We would rather fix it than have you pay for something you do not want.
Where are you based?
We work remotely, with businesses across the United States. Everything is done over email and calls, so it makes no difference where your business is.
Have you built a site for a business like mine?
Almost certainly. Every design on our home page is a real, complete site. Open one and click through it - the same build is yours with your own name, words and photos in it.
